Is WorkNotes an iPhone app or a web app?
WorkNotes is an iPhone app for iOS 26 or later. Its core note flow works offline. It is designed for personal work notes rather than as a browser-based team workspace.
Do I need WorkNotes Pro to write a daily note?
No. The daily note, date navigation, essential formatting, offline access, search, privacy settings, and Live Activities are available without Pro.
What does WorkNotes Pro add?
WorkNotes Pro adds private iCloud sync, templates, complete history, previous versions, extended exports, multiple notes per day, and full-note Apple Watch access and widgets. Plans and prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
Can I use WorkNotes offline?
Yes. WorkNotes is local-first and the core note flow works offline. Optional Pro iCloud sync depends on Apple iCloud availability when you want notes to sync between devices.
Are my notes sent to a WorkNotes server?
WorkNotes has no proprietary account. Notes are stored on your device. If you enable Pro iCloud sync, Apple stores copies in your private iCloud container. Note content is not sent to the analytics or Live Activity delivery services. See the Privacy Policy for the full data description.
Does WorkNotes have an Apple Watch app?
With WorkNotes Pro, you can read the full current note in the Apple Watch app and use the WorkNotes widgets. Live Activities for the visible note remain available without Pro. See WorkNotes on Apple Watch.
Does WorkNotes require an account?
No. WorkNotes does not require a WorkNotes account or sign-in. Purchase restoration uses your Apple account through the App Store, and optional sync uses your private iCloud account.
Does WorkNotes show ads or track me across apps?
WorkNotes has no advertising and no cross-app tracking. It collects only the limited, content-free product usage summaries described in its Privacy Policy.
What iPhone version does WorkNotes support?

How do I restore a WorkNotes Pro purchase?
Open the WorkNotes Pro purchase screen in the app and choose Restore Purchases. The App Store handles payment and Apple account purchase history; WorkNotes does not receive your full payment-card details.
