Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of WorkNotes. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The service
WorkNotes provides daily note editing, date-based organisation, Live Activities, templates, history, and optional iCloud sync. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping appropriate backups of important work.
WorkNotes Pro
Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. Prices are shown in your local App Store before purchase and may vary by region and tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged after purchase confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting WorkNotes does not cancel a subscription.
- “Lifetime” means access to the purchased WorkNotes Pro features for the supported lifetime of the app, not the purchaser’s lifetime, and does not guarantee perpetual availability of third-party platform services.
- Purchases can be restored through the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase checks, violate others’ rights, or use WorkNotes for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of your notes and grant us no licence to use their content beyond processing necessary to provide features you request.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features, including where Apple platform capabilities change. We aim to preserve local access and provide reasonable notice for material reductions to paid features. Live Activities, iCloud, notifications, and purchase services depend partly on Apple systems and device settings.
Warranty and liability
WorkNotes is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is otherwise provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data that could reasonably have been avoided by maintaining backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory EU consumer protections.
Termination
You may stop using WorkNotes at any time. We may restrict access for serious misuse or legal necessity. Termination does not remove rights you already have to locally stored content or affect payment obligations and refund rights governed by Apple and applicable law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may use available national or EU dispute-resolution mechanisms. Questions may be sent to mpenapps@protonmail.com.
